"Place was kinda run down, remote to tv was disgusting. TV was very very old and color was off. The fridge did not even work at all. The carpet was very gross and sticky feeling. It did have a nice little balcony and the bed was decent. All in all not worth the price."

"I arrived at 5pm after driving for 6 hours and was informed my room was not ready and that I would need to wait another 20 mins. Upon arrival there was a gentleman in front of me that had no reservation and was given 2 rooms on the spot. A reservation should come before a walkin. My room is my room. It should not be viewed as AVAILABLE to give to someone else.
The woman at check in was rude about the situation and downplayed me waiting. Check-in is AT 3!!!! My room should have BEEN ready and...

"Great place clean room very family friendly. Parking always sucks and fee is a little much due to people already paying a lot to stay. They should charge people less to park at their own risk. So they need to change some things. Staff is okay asked to get 10 minutes more to get out of my room due to last minute changes of me not staying two days afterwards and they couldn't even do that without trying to charge me 39 dollars. Good place but some things they do is not cool."
