"I was disappointed with my stay at Prince Resort. The property feels quite neglected—the elevators are old and dirty, and the room was in poor condition. The mattress in the master bedroom was worn out and noisy, and the TVs are very outdated. While they promote 'going green' with signs about reusing towels, it honestly feels more like an excuse to cut costs on basic service rather than a real environmental effort. "This place was okay. Thought it would be nicer since it was a golf resort. The room we were in was average. Thought we paid for a full fridge and bigger bed and was put into something else. This condo didn’t have a full kitchen just a sink, mini fridge, and microwave. We did not care for the Murphy bed either. Would not stay here again. "

"Room was not as clean as it should have been. The couch, sofa and throw pillows were soiled. We put sheets over the couches and throw pillows. Also cupboard faces and walls, switchplates had quite a bit of slop spilled on them that wiped off quite easily but should have been wiped down before we got there. Biggest concern was the lack of bathroom facilites at the pool. This almost seems against code...certainly not a healthy situation. Can only assume the dozens of little.kids and the dozens...

"Nice, clean room. Great view of the beach. Kitchen was well stocked, just didn’t have time to do any cooking. Check In and Out was fast and problem free. "

"The staff is beyond amazing. Everyone is so helpful. The staff has been there for a long time. We really like this hotel has nice pools located on the ocean and walking distance from a lot of restaurants. It does need some upgrading. It is an older hotel but it doesn’t bother us as the staff is phenomenal."

"Wasnt told that the balconies were not able to be used due to construction...even as I checked in, no one let me know anything. Not to mention I had someone from staff trying to enter my room at 9:30am as he thought I wasn't there...literally knocked and immediately tried opening the door...thank god the latch was locked, otherwise...he would've walked in on me.....not very happy honestly "
