"The property was clean. In a GREAT location!!! The breakfast was good and the people in the lounge were fantastic. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are a great size. The issue we had was the room was not properly stalked. You would expect at $600 plus a night the bathroom toiletries would be stalked. We had to call front desk for the toiletries to be refilled. "Pros: Good full breakfast; quiet, safe location Cons: Poor attention to detail (missed cleaning of the room and said they had, didn't supply enough towels and pillows, etc.); the pullout mattress is HORRIBLE. If you are a 3+ and planning on using the pullout as a bed, I'd reconsider; room layout - the AC unit is only on one room, so people in that room must freeze so that people in the other room can have some air; only 2 baggage carts so plan to carry your items by hand. "We stayed at this property for one night. It is more like an Airbnb than a hotel. Our unit was located on the first floor on top of a coffee shop. Access to the property is through passcodes and there are no staff. There is no elevator in the property and there were 15-20 stairs to reach each floor.
