The property requires a $269 “deposit hold” at check-in that was not disclosed prior to arrival and a card for incidentals but there is nothing on the property that would generate incidentals. There are no amenities in the hotel- only a lobby coffee maker and microwave. Nothing in the room. Shabby lobby furniture. I won’t stay here again."

"If you have a meeting at the Presidio, the location is hard to beat. You can roll out of bed and practically be there. Like many hotels on Lombard, this Travelodge is pretty basic. "The advertise pool was across the street and when we got there, they didn’t have any towels. We would’ve had to walk across the street to go get towels in order to get into the water. The hotel was very old and the staff didn’t offer any information. We only found things out because we asked. The continental breakfast in the morning was black coffee, and some pastries. There was no space to relax or eat. The parking was extremely tight and we had a lot of trouble getting in and out of a spot...

The room itself was perfectly clean, no issues whatsoever. I had requested a bottom floor room because I'm handicapped and they have no elevators to reach the upper floors.
