"Everything about this property was amazing. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. I was very surprised by the top quality of it, especially being an airport hotel, which sometimes can be rather disappointing. Also amazing was the runway bar or you could sit and have a relaxing drink and watch the airplane come and go. The whole experience was a very nice one and I would highly recommend."

"Although I would describe the hotel as basic it was an ideal location for my Heathrow stop over. Staff were friendly and helpful. Car park I was charged at £15 per 24 hours. It is located close to a frequent bus route that gives timely access to tubes and hence journeys into London. Would stay again , especially as it has green fields on two sides of the hotel."

"I was given a room that has no wifi connection and even my phone had very bad reception as the room is surrounded by other rooms and there is window with daylight."

"The check in was easy. We arrived early and our room was ready. Good security because the key card is used to open the elevators. The room was very clean and fresh. Our only concern was the height of the tub to get in and out, but it looked newly renovated. Some tissues in the bathroom would be nice. The restaurant was good and reasonably priced. There is a shuttle to the terminal for 7 euro and the driver helped us with our luggage."

"Excellent breakfast. Well stocked and cleverly laid out kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. There are two public buses that go from a stop at the edge of the property to Heathrow Central Bus Sation (CBS) two stops away every 10-15 minutes. Just tap a card and go. Don’t waste your money on a taxi or special shuttle"
