"Apartment was very spacious with everything we needed. A continental breakfast was provided which was appreciated. We had dinner at the pub one night and it was delicious. Staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking available. There is no lift and entry/exit is via external fire exit stairs at the rear of the building."

We arrived late in the evening so didn't drink in the bar. The breakfast was brilliant, good quality produce and good coffee. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and attentive. "Almost everything about this stay was excellent. I would say that some of the interior is in need of maintenance (sagging floors) and one bathroom was tight spacing. The parking was not available but we were able to get parking nearby."

"It is on the outskirts of Gloucester, so was a great location to access the motorway. We enjoyed a good evening meal and took time to use the pool and spa. Paying for parking was the first thing you have to do, before anything and is a negative impact on check in. We had to call reception st midnight as there were people drinking ans shouting outside but they dealt with it straightaway."
