"Hotel staff friendly and helpful upon check in. Enjoyed complimentary drinks upon check in. Hotel is basically geared towards air travel for guests flying out next day. Room clean, modern, great shower and liked low light option for bathroom. Raining early next am when flying out. LOVED the short underground well lit tunnel allowing walk to terminal one or three."

"My expedia confirmation said checkout was 12, but on arrival the hotel said it was 11. I told the front desk this, but they didn't seem bothered and just said it was wrong on Expedia. It was a bit annoying as we had planned our onward trains based on midday checkout. The room was nice, and we enjoyed the sauna in the gym. "Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were lovely and helpful with questions I had regarding local transport. Didn't have the breakfast dominant comment on that. We had a kettle and some tea/coffee in the room which was great but the kettle had a strong smell of soap in it and made the tea taste soapy! That's was my only negative though. Otherwise it was reasonable cost compared to city centre Vienna and good transport available nearby. "
