"My stay was only three nights but it turned out to be like two separate stays. I was checked into a single room as requested and was initially delighted with it. But I then found that it coincided with football being shown on a large screen TV just yards away in the courtyard from my window, and that my room was next door to a gents toilet open to the visitors (ie public). "From a value perspective, this location was excellent. Breakfast was provided, rooms were comfortable and there was a Harvester restaurant across the parking lot which worked out well when we arrived back after a long and exhausting day. The location is perfect if you are visiting Oxford, Cambridge, Bletchley Park and surroundings. Staff were wonderful!"

"Our room was lovely, clean and well maintained. The only quibble we had was that the £14 breakfast feels wasn't really worth the money. After asking for a second drink, we were told that we were only allowed one drink and would have to pay for the second drink and which we had to pay £3.50 when handing in our key and therefore we won't be staying at The Carrington Arms again!!"

"This is an events hotel with a very large number of guests. I had a room in the Paddocks which is a building outside the main hotel. The rooms have No Aircon, the windows barely open due to safety catches. The temperature in the room was unbearable. The fan which was suppose to help was of very poor quality and did nothing to improve things! It was so bad I assumed it was broken, but after maintenance came out they confirmed it was just a rubbish fan . The rooms also had very poor sound...

"A great hotel, integrated into the Stadium, Milton Keynes, surrounded by shops and places to eat, it is comfortable, clean and above all, the staff are great and really helpful. Fabulous place to stay, especially if you are attending an event at the Stadium!"
