"I’m so impressed with the staff at the Liberty Lake Best Western. I broke my ankle and have been using a wheelchair during our trip for Hoopfest. I originally tried to keep the same room for both nights, but they were sold out, so we had to switch rooms the next day. Housekeeping went above and beyond by helping move our luggage and quickly bringing extra pillows and blankets so I could stay comfortable and keep my foot elevated while the boys played basketball. "This suite was fantastic. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever stayed in away from home. It was very quiet. Location was great. Lots of trees and in the woods feeling. Loved the wood decor and accents. Kitchen was well stocked and had a full size coffee maker, small stovetop, and nice size fridge. "Never got house keeping to clean my room for three nights. Waited 10 minutes for someone at the restaurant to seat us. Ended up leaving to eat somewhere else."

"Shower was horrible I felt like I got out with shampoo in my hair hardly any pressure. My car was hit in the parking lot no one left a note or notified the staff and apparently someone was going to email me the camera footage but nothing was ever sent. Air conditioner kept me awake sounding like a cyclone was going through my room. I don't think I'll be visiting again."

"When we got to the property the room we were given was not cleaned so we went back to the manager and he did give us a different room. The manager spends more time away from the desk than at the desk there is usually a sign that says back in a few mins. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were very flat. The breakfast was not very good however the make your own waffles were good but there was very limit variation of foods. We stayed for 4 days and were told that they do not come...
