"Lovely accommodation with everything you need. Room was very nice with a boutique feel. Comfy bed, nice bathroom and shower and a great breakfast. Combined with easy parking and a short walk into the centre I would highly recommend and would have no hesitation using again in the future. "

"Lovely location in the heart of Pateley Bridge with friendly staff and a fabulous breakfast. The car park adjacent to property is a public car park so can be a bit hit and miss if you get a spot but there are other options close by. Highly recommend"

"This was a Wonderful place to stay. Just 6 miles from Harrogate and the conference centre. The bedroom with shower and toilet TV and WiFi fine. Downstairs a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and lounge area so I could have cooked anything I had brought. Really good value. "

"Room was wonderful, window with fresh air was so appreciated as we were both recovering from being sick while traveling. Monica welcomed us with an efficient and informative check-in and shared parking details and recommended we visit the Turkish Baths, so we did! Great location about a 10 minute walk from most things. All in all, a lovely visit, and wishing Monica and co-owner all good things. If we pass through Harrogate again, there is only one place we will stay!"
