"The main reason for giving this review the rating I did was due to cleanliness. It could been much cleaner. You could tell it isn’t being properly cleaned. That alone would increase my review. Also, the pool water wasn’t the best but seemed as if it got a lot of use that day as well. "

"Clean rooms, but older. Hallways were dirty. The airport shuttle only comes 1x every 40 min, so you may have to waot awhile. You have to put your name in to reserve a spot for shuttle back to the airport- so you may not get to utilize this perk and have to call an uber, like we did."

"I have never seen anything like this before. There were huge bugs everywhere in the room, literally the size of my head. It was completely unacceptable and honestly felt like the room should be sealed off until the issue is fixed. This is a serious hygiene problem and no guest should have to experience something like this."

"I took the shuttle from the airport along with other stranded passengers. I thought the staff could be more welcoming rather than acting like they were doing us a favor. Also, I booked their shuttle for the following morning, was two minutes late due to the slowness of the elevator-there was only one and many people leaving-and the shuttle had left.
