"I initially booked the property to be close to the train station but surprisingly it had some great views of the castle. Close walking distance to the castle and the other landmarks to visit. Overall a great property with equally matched staff. I left for Vienna for 2 days and they held the luggage for me with no questions asked."

"This clean, small Three Corners Downtown hotel is in an excellent location in Budapest District 5, yet it is quiet. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable. There are some English-language news channels to watch. For breakfast, you have to walk up about 20 steps to the breakfast room, which has a nice buffet from 7 am. The front-desk staff is helpful and pointed out nearby restaurants and attractions. I recommend this hotel."

My only small complaint was the maintenance man had to come to stop the water from recirculating in the bathroom but he was there within 5 minutes and it was fixed
Gorgeous property, delicious breakfast, lobby was stunning, staff was extremely attentive and did everything they could to make things simple for the guests.
As an American we are told that Europeans aren’t always the friendliest - this is simply not the case - the people of Budapest and the hotel...

"We stayed 2 nights here, the location of the hotel was very central on the Pest side of Budapest. Loved that they had a secure luggage storage area in the basement. The hotel was very beautiful and rooms were nice and clean. However it was a bit small for us. Also the air conditioning vent was behind the curtain so when the curtains are closed it blocks out some of the cool air. Overall we had a comfortable stay here."

Attention to detail and customer service a little lacking - reception staff not very warm and welcoming, no info re times of breakfast etc, there wasn't any milk in the room for an evening drink and we were told by reception that housekeeping had finished for the day and I'd have to wait until tomorrow, this also happened a second night, so I went to the bar myself and ask...
