"Exceeded my expectations, beautiful house and room (Harry) clean, bright, and spacious with very pretty furniture. The bed was super comfortable, slept wonderfully. The street is busy, with cars and people using it all night, nothing loud, just enough background noise to put you to sleep. "We needed an overnight bed and breakfast option after attending a wedding at nearby Farnham Castle. Dawyk Beech fitted the bill perfectly and was less expensive than an overnight at the castle. Our en suite room was a very generous size overlooking the lovely garden with a comfortable king bed. "Ok not great not terrible. Very minimal you get a bed and room and access to bathroom and that’s about it. The rooms comfy and clean but both times I been here the other guests have been so loud. One seemed to be having an all night mini party and another left at 5am and seemed to slam doors for 30 mins and shouted outside. Not the owners fault but there’s no soundproofing the walks are thin so be prepared if you stay there as it’s be of those airport spots where people come and go all night. "
