We loved having cold bottled waters in the fridge available to us when we were coming and going. Also cookies always out and fruit infused waters! The location is super convenient. I’d say the only thing that was a little inconvenient was the queen bunkbeds in the rooms. I’d say unless you have kids the bunk bed situation is not ideal but I understand the space saving element in a big city and...

When she checked into the hotel the woman who was at the front desk was rude with her and condescending to her for no reason. She didn’t even point them in the direction of their room or tell them about the amenities offered at the hotel. I expected better since I have stayed at many Westins before and enjoyed it every time. Paying 250 dollars a night...

"The patio breakfast area was GREAT! The parking was awful, very limited spaces and extremely tight parking spaces. Several cars did not have the dash parking pass that we were required to pay for with our hotel room."
