"The elevator to the third floor did not work consistently during our stay, which made getting to our rooms difficult at times. The pool was also incredibly dirty. We notified the staff, and they did say they would call someone in to clean it and follow through. Additionally, several lights in the three rooms we reserved were out on the vanity areas."

"Staff was friendly and available, rooms were spacious and clean. I would stay here again if traveling for sure. Beds were comfortable enough as well."

"The bed was pretty firm. Too firm for our taste. The breakfast was strange. Supposedly sausage, biscuits and gravy. We came down a half hour after Breakfast started the biscuits were hatd, gravy barely warm, and what was supposed to be sausage patties were cold in the middle besides they had oatmeal in them and not sure what else.... but nothing like sausage. "

"Hotel has been renovated and is so clean everywhere! Andy at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The beds were so comfy, lots of pillows and the rooms had special room darkening blinds that didn’t allow any light in. It was so nice! "

"I was not expecting the hotel to look exactly like it was advertised, but I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk was very friendly and bubbly. I wish I remembered her name. She had to be the person working from 2-10. The room was very clean and very spacious and was decorated like a home. I am in a wheelchair right now and was having surgery the next day so I had to take a shower and the roll in showers were perfect. They had a big padded bench for me to transfer to and take a shower and it was easy to get in and out of the shower and bathroom. I will stay here again next time I come to Wichita."
