We loved the booklet in the room which included staff recommendations for restaurants and sites; that was a nice personal touch. Breakfast was excellent. "The property itself was not clean. The helpfulness of the staff varied greatly from one person to the next. But, none of the 3 people behind the counter I spoke to about the man who walked his dog outside the front sliding doors and let it pee right on the rubber door mat, cleaned it.
