The staff was lovely. My room for the most part was clean however, the housekeeping staff missed a couple of empty bottles under one of bedside tables. There was also a pill under the bench. The breakfast buffet was cold, I did not have enough time to order from their fresh breakfast options.

Horrible banging all night long every 30 seconds bang bang bang stayed in the same room two years ago did the same thing then I videotaped the sound showed up to them. They did nothing about it for two years.

The hotel was nice enough and the staff was excellent! There were some issues that seemed out of their hands, so I am sure they were under a lot of stress.
