"Bedbugs! Roaches! No refund!!! Stayed sweet nights out of a 12-night reservation. Moved to three different rooms and the bed bugs were in all of them. My body, including my face was covered in bites. In the third room, I walked into the shower the next morning and there were roaches crawling on the walls. When I returned to the room itself, there were roaches on the walls there too. Used to be a nice place to stay but now it is disgusting. If anyone from the facility disputes this, I have...

"I absolutely loved my experience at the General Denver Hotel in Wilmington! The old-fashioned elevator was really cool. I loved how Terri was able to help me by allowing us to use the elevator anytime we needed by always being available for us. She made sure we were taken care of very well. "Hotel is quite a bit older than it looks online. Bathroom tub was full of rust. Room was not overly clean, ice bucket was filthy. "

I actually enjoy the quirkiness of staying in "non-hotel" rooms and this one didn't disappoint so FYI: there is no outlet in the kitcehn except behind he fridge so it you want to use the toaster, you'll need to plug in the living room.the shelves in the kitchen are so tall, there is no way to reach the cookware above the second shelf and the lowest shelf just had...

"At check out the clerk was wonderful and very kind. Check in was easy after hours. The cabin was very cute but could have been cleaner. The area was quiet even on Saturday night and close to Mason and many things to do."
