I did not get a free breakfast as this survey implies; it cost £16.00, which in my opinion was exceptional value. The front-of-house staff were amazing too.

Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham
The room was nice however the bathroom door needs replacing as there is terrible water damage that lets the look and feel of the bathroom down. Staff seemed friendly. Just stayed there for one night but it was very clean and would be very good for a longer stay in Brum.

Aparthotel Adagio Birmingham City Centre
Great location, good value for money, spacious room with kitchenette. We did not try the breakfast. Reception staff were very pleasant, accommodating and professional. Would recommend and stay again.
