"Overall the hotel was clean. Restocking of Kleenex, soap etc could have been better. Staff were all great. Nice to have the shuttle available to go to and from airport and Mall of America, where the train/bus station is located. Every shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. Never had to wait long for a ride. Breakfast was the usual but always a nice option. Coffee and tea were always available."

"Rooms are always clean, beds are comfy, the breakfast is always good, friendly staff and great hidden quiet location. I always book here now! The only downside is the small tubs and low shower heads, but it can definitely be looked past"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Common areas of the hotel were well kept and clean. Felt safe and lots of staff in lobby to help as needed. Appreciated the small cafe for weekend, when most of downtown was quiet/closed. Close to riverwalk which was clean and had many bikers/runners. Bathroom in the room was in good shape, great shower. Towels could use a bit more substance/refresh. Furnishings in the room itself were showing wear and some surfaces could use a good clean (welcomed to my room with a handprint smear on the door, so not the best first impression). Overall, felt safe and reasonably clean for a few nights stay! If staying for a conference in this area again, likely would chose this location."
