"I had reserved a King Suite with Sea View for our 30th wedding anniversary. When I arrived, the room only had a partial view of the sea through trees. Very disappointed that they advertised this room falsely. The manager at the front desk said there were no other rooms available for us to switch. "The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Sadly the TV channels did not match my taste. Plenty of FOX stations but no CNN or MSNBC. Breakfast choices were good and plentiful. There is a bar with Trivia on Fridays and music on Saturday evenings. Overall in my opinion it is a good hotel. The room just needs to be updated."

"Great location. Cleaning needs improvements. Unfortunately this wasn't very clean. The unit smelled of urine when i entered, the bathroom window had been left open. The shower wall had soap residue running down it and the shower shelves had hair, dust and soap build up. the pillow and sheets had hair on them. "The room was nice. It did feel like the floor slanted toward the bathroom which was odd. The staff was nice. The breakfast was amazing! There were so many items to choose from. I wish the coffee was a little stronger and would have liked half and half instead of little packets of creamer. The location was great for going into town, or catching the ferry. We will definitely stay again."

"This hotel is overall a good, solid choice for a stay north of Seattle. All the amenities are there: breakfast, pool, exercise room, laundry, and several stores within walking distance. But a few cons worth noting: housekeeping is about a 4 out of 5 (attention to detail is lacking), and the hotel's entrance forces you to make a right turn when you leave which can be tough when traffic is busy and there is a railroad crossing nearby, which backs up traffic. That being said, I WILL stay there...
