"The suite was very nice. No problem accessing the suite after hours. The only issue was that there was no bedding for the pull-out couch even though I had indicated there were 3 people staying in the suite."

"Great hotel clean staff was great the issues we had were a smoke alarm at 430am which of course was not the hotels fault but billing was they charged the 250 deposit plus 1000 on top of the cost of the room it did take a few days but once I called the hotel they got on it immediately and within an few hours it was released !!"

"We had a wonderful, comfortable quiet stay! Lovely view of Mount Finlayson and greenery/golf course from balcony, spacious room with great AC that we could control, nice kitchenette, very spacious bathroom with soaker tub and a great makeup magnifying mirror! Beds were very comfy, all was very clean! We enjoyed dinner at Jacks across the street and a nice evening stroll around the area to enjoy the views. Definitely will stay again!"

"The suites of room were very nice and allowed to visit with one another. The food in the Fathom was also good. Our stay in Victoria was enhanced by our stay at the Grand Pacific. Going forward guests should know two ferry terminals are being built to the left of the hotel, facing the harbor. Our view was not obstructed as they placed us on the fourth and fifth floors. This construction will go on for 3 years."
