"We had a really great time at Mystic Mountain. The service was awesome and the receptionist, Ms Gurung was super friendly and helpful. Our room had a nice big patio which we loved. "I have stayed here before and I will continue to come back. I would say the best part always is the incredible staff from the front desk to housekeeping. They are sincerely pleasant and extremely helpful. I had a challenge of missing luggage from the airport and they jumped in by helping me get updates from the airport to navigating my search to acquire items I needed immediately. The hotel is centrally located in Thamel, it’s clean, well kept, and a hands down bargain in my opinion. "
