"Wonderful Stay – A Breath of Fresh Air After leaving another hotel due to terrible conditions, staying at the Hampton Inn was exactly what my family needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well-kept. The rooms were spotless, the beds were cozy, and everything felt fresh. "The property is spectacular. Only thing I found utterly ridiculous is the pool being closed until “next summer.” It’s Oct 7 and 95 degrees in Shreveport. I hope they read this and leave the pool open year round. Let the guests decide if it’s a good pool day in a Gulf Coast state!!! Website says nothing but the million dollar pool is all over it. Too bad it’s closed Oct-June. Just Dumb! …and false advertising IMO. Do better LIVE people."
