"직원분들은 매우 친절하였음. 객실과 화장실도 유럽의 비슷한 가격대의 방들 보다 깨끗하였음. 조식은 비슷한 가격대와 유사함 (EUR13). 룸의 키카드가 없이 비밀번호를 주어 편리함(체크아웃 절차가 없어 간편함). 조식의 커피도 맛있었음. 길 건너에 수퍼마켓이 있는 점도 편리함. 단 위치는 Offenburg 기차역에서 700m 정도 떨어져있고, 근처에 식당이 별로 없오, 기차역 부근까지 가야하는 점은 약간 불편함."
