When our TV malfunctioned, she arranged a room change immediately. We also requested extra towels, which were provided promptly, along with daily housekeeping. The hotel itself is spotless, in a very safe area, and perfectly located just steps from the train station, supermarket, and excellent restaurants....

"Wir waren für ein Wochenende von Samstag bis Montag im Hotel Wartmann am Bahnhof in Winterthur und hatten zwei Einzelzimmer. Trotz der direkten Lage am Bahnhof war es überraschend ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielseitig und das gesamte Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist unschlagbar zentral, besser geht es kaum. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. "

"Perfect quite hotel at the foothills of the Alps with a perfect Zurich lake view , wonderful spa and gym, with a jacuzzi in open air, open until 22:00 , I had got a lake view room on the1st floor with the exit to the garden, so I can to do practice straight on the ground, I didn't rent a car so I used Uber it's 20 minutes to the center of Zurich and costs 20-30 CHF .I have a good vacation here and would like to come again. "Its my 3rd time stay at Ibis Luzern. And always happy to come back this hotel. The location only 5 minutes using a bus from central luzern station (walking around 15 minutes). The room is good and the price so reasonable. They provide a microwave, hot water (coffee and tea) in lobby area. They give a Luzern pass too, so you can enjoy around luzern with free pass. "
