Couple blocks away from waterfront area. Bed was ok, couch to sit on was not very good. Room was roomy. Shower flow for hot water was not very good. There is a decent size outdoor sitting area. You will hear noise. I don't think I would stay here again."

"The house had an unpleasant odor, the kitchen pots were not very clean, and there were no blankets provided for sleeping, which was inconvenient. If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable."

Only complaint was apparently they have a mandatory $15/day valet parking which was not mentioned in the listing nor explained upon our arrival. We had no parking issues the first two days of our stay but on our third day a valet informed us we had to pay $15 to park there. He became very rude and stated he would have our vehicle...

If you stay more than a couple of days you will have to go to the laundry exchange to get linen. A text is sent to your phone asking if you have any issues or concerns. "Kate and Dustin were terrific hosts and made our stay so enjoyable. The inn is perfectly located within walking distance of the best restaurants, the marina, a coffee shop, and even the brewery next door.
