"I enjoyed my stay at the Bridgepointe. I stayed for a conference in the area. The majority of the staff was very friendly and helpful. For being an older hotel, it's very well kept. My room was extremely clean when I checked in, and it was cleaned daily. They offer a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice amenity. The walk to downtown New Bern is really only 10 minutes which is great for active individuals. I would stay there again."

"We had a 3rd floor room overlooking the courtyard and beach water view. Room was clean! Extra towels, bedding blankets already provided. Kitchen was stocked with kitchenware and everything worked. Pretty quite except for construction/roofing repair. Workers were cautious around guests. Had slight trouble with not a lot of hot water for showers and A/C unit smelt undelightful upon starting up. Other than that everytbing was great! Would stay here again! "

"Older property, not as maintained as it could be. Housekeeping could fine tune more. Found hair in sheets and hair in the bathroom. Someone smoked cigarettes on their balcony and the draft brought it inward. Front desk sent out a text to everyone during bed time, instead of spot checking. Back view is horrible. 2 story property. Only good for a last last last minute booking. "

"The living room area was not clean as it still had food on the tables. I did clean those. The shower door would not close all the way, so water did get on the floor. The staff was outstanding and there was water view. The location is very good as restaurants are walking distance."
