"My room had baby cockroaches crawling around in the table I was working at under the TV. I loved the room because it was spacious and clean, other than those baby cockroaches. But the A/C was a little loud. I think it was on auto and so it would turn off and on and every time it would turn back on it kind of made a loud noise which woke me up a few times."

"The resort itself is beautiful, well maintained, and has a lot to offer, so overall we enjoyed our stay. That said, if you’re staying in the Ocean Tower, be prepared for a lot of walking. The tram service was very slow, and parking was not only far away but also $48 per day, which felt excessive. Our room was decent, but we did notice ants near the bathroom and bed area, which was disappointing. Overall, a nice resort, but there were definitely some inconveniences that took away from the experience."
