"Great place to stay in Kona! A smaller resort with everything you need. Not a ton of frills but it was clean. quiet, lovely grounds, and in a great location. Comfortable beds as well. If you’re expecting new/modern this isn’t it…but it’s a solid 8/10. My only real complaint is that the pool area closes at “sunset” which in October means 6pm-6:30pm. I often like to take a dip at the end of the day so that was disappointing. Otherwise, no complaints!"

"From the very start of our stay we were happy. Staff is pleasantly nice and helpful. There was an issue with our room. Not due to property management, but they took care of it and we were very happy and pleased with the outcome. Great job."

"This was a great hotel! My family and I wished we could have extended our stay just so we could have taken advantage of the activities that were offered like the lei making and cultural tour. The gardens were so pretty and we loved the benches and Adirondack chairs randomly around the property. The slide was super fun and the views were spectacular! Will definitely book with Outrigger again!"
