"We had a family get together of 13 people and had an amazing time catching up with each other and explore the island where our grandmother grew up and lived. Coming back to the resort felt like home and had everything there we needed. Love this place and plan on coming back soon"

"Beautiful hotel. Rooms very nice, well equipped. Only issue was there were no cushions or cabanas set up at the pool area. Understandably, they were preparing for a looming tropical storm but it was way after they all clear was given to the area and still nothing set up"

"We enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. The ocean view with balcony was wonderful. There isn’t any walkable beach or ocean swimming at the resort, but the pool is good and It has good ocean views. Along side the pool are some barbecues and eating area. The kitchen was more then adequate and well supplied."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great — within easy walking distance to Kings’ Shops and Queens’ Marketplace, with plenty of options for breakfast, dinner, and shopping. The beach was beautiful, calm, and protected, which made it perfect for swimming. The pools were great as well. The staff was wonderful throughout our stay — everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, we loved everything about the hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"This was a very nice place. I was actually pleasantly surprised considering the price was more in line with a hotel rather than a resort. I did not realize though, that it is a time share and i was asked to attend a 90 minute presentation which i did not go to. I would stay there again with no hesitation."

"Absolutely loved this hotel! Walking distance from everything in the historic district, but also easy to get on the highway and explore the rest of the island. Parking on site, pool and hot tub and breakfast included all of which is really hard to find in Kona. It was especially nice for the kids to have the breakfast and pool. The staff was extremely helpful, I would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend the hotel for families."
