"I loved the room view so gorgeous!"

"The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows because all of the screen were either not there, or bent and it let in mosquitos. That was the biggest hang up to making this trip 5 stars."

"They have text system where you can message the Front desk, its not convenient they respond the following day if you have any questions. And during the day we’re checking in, we were arriving later time I tried calling them, the front desk doesn’t answer their. Also note they clean every other day. But overall we still had a good vacation."

"The Whaler is the perfect beach getaway. The location is excellent. The sunsets are spectacular. Our condo was clean and cozy. It could use a few updates but nothing that bothered us or would stop us from returning (it didn’t have smart TVs so no streaming). "

"We absolutely loved the condo and the welcoming touches. People left some staples in pantry and we did as well. That was welcome as well. We loved location and everything was just great. The jacuzzi on the "quiet side" Def had chemicals off though. There was zero rain entire time we were there. It was very cloudy and water looked really bad in pictures. Other than that, everything was spot on. People were outstanding and gave exceptional service all around. We would definitely return."

"Saane at parking exit rolled her eyes at us when we didn’t know it was the room key we needed to use to exit, I paid a lot of money for this room and I was really taken aback that this occurred day after we checked in. They charge additional amenities fee and parking fee, just add this into price of room. I will look for room with out additional fees next time. The activity offerings were nice. Pool area is very pretty with lights and walking bridge."
