"We had a wonderful stay at the Geabd Waikikian. It’s been 15 years since our first stay, and the facility looks exactly like it did is 2011. We had great interaction with several members of the staff. Shizyu was so wonderful when we arrived at check-in, so much I had to say Aloha to her at our checkout. Mose was great at the valet area, his local tips were greatly appreciated. All in all we loved our stay here at the HHV and the Grand Waikikian."

"There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! "
