"Came 7 years ago, rooms & some parts of grounds dated & need renovations. Especially carpets, bathrooms, pool area. Most staff were pleasant but not as pleasant as they should be. Monika who cleaned our room was excellent & appreciative of our tip everyday. "

I found the air conditioning a bit noisy at times and there were few lifts so it took a while because this was popular accommodation. Staff was super friendly. "

"clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff despite their tiredness, air conditioning cold, breakfast was very good. Bathroom too tiny. Requested access rooms for disabled person but not enough rooms to accommodate. All first floor rooms should be disable accessible. And all first floor entrance doors should be easy for disabled person to open and walk in and out. "
