"The room itself was clean and nicely appointed was and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was from 6:30 to 9:30 but when we went down around 8:15 it appeared as though everyone ate early as the selection was limited & no staff came to check. It was okay - we don't expect a lot when breakfast is included. What is difficult to understand is that there is no warning of how noisy the location is. At check in they even offer earplugs. The noise is due to I-40 being a major truck route and there's no sound barrier whatsoever. This is clearly an old two storey hotel that was converted to a BW Sure Stay. The rooms are quite nice but the exterior is horrible. It appears as though new siding was installed but all the concrete surfaces have been painted a horrible khaki green. This same colour carries through to the room with one wall painted this colour. The passage ways (exterior) and staircases were extremely dirty. I don’t know if BW plans to do further renovation on the exterior and so no one worried about even sweeping them. "
