Nice room with a great view and cozy beds. Check in and out was seamless. All staff we encountered were friendly. Cute little bar downstairs was great for a pre dinner cocktail. Excellent location in the middle of theatre district. We will come again!

Bad service
Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just ...
