"The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Staff came to the room at 2am to assist with an emergency! They were incredible. Breakfast was good and there were acceptable amount of options. There are many accessible entries other than the front door, which makes getting to your room more convenient. Free parking. Some areas of improvement are WiFi speed and showers. There is no plastic barrier so the water leaves the tub often."

"The hotel was perfect. The location is close to the city in a nice neighborhood. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I would definitely stay again!"

"The building is under construction, I tripped a couple of times on bricks and other items on the sidewalks. The luggage carts are all dated and the bag bars are loose and won't hold the bags. The housekeeping staff did towel and trash only and skipped one day completely. The bed was comfortable and clean. I was not able to locate the breakfast area due to lack of signage. There is no pool, the area is blocked off. There is a lot of noise from the attached restaurant (that has no affiliation...

"When I arrived at the hotel with my family, I was told by the receptionist that my reservation was for the following day and not that day! It was a shock, but I had made a mistake when I made the reservation. The receptionist was very kind and helpful and was able to change my non-refundable reservation to the same day after talking to the Expedia customer service. I would like to thank him again for making a smooth transition without any interruption on our trio plans."

"There was no breakfast. Also they charged $15 for parking that I was not made aware of. The place is nice but there’s another hotel right there that I’ll probably stay in next time "

"It was 96 degrees and humid and the AC is so old and nonfunctioning that even after they moved my room, the AC did not work properly and the room stayed at 78 degrees the entire time. I intend to escalate to Expedia for a refund. I had to find a different hotel for my second night. And the whole place needs a renovation."

"Room had a a bug in the bed , they had to move us as soon as we got there, there was a fowl humid smell in room and air didn’t work. The other room when the shower was on, the pipes made a horrific noise my husband said it was air in the pipes. And the second room we were moved I also had a smell. I think they should remove carpets. Towels had hair so I don’t know the last time they wash. Overall I don’t like to give bad reviews but this one had to be told. The breakdowns the staff was great...
