"We enjoyed our stay at The Westin it was walking distance to Grand Central Station making it easy to navigate just about anywhere we wanted to go. The staff was excellent and rooms was spacious and clean. I would stay here again on my next trip to New York."

"Breakfast was so limited it was disappointing. Lifts are terrible and you can be waiting an age. Staff were friendly and a good location. I guess you get what you pay for. Stayed at another hotel previously on Times Square and it was three times the price. "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"The property is nice and pristine from the first moment you arrive to the hotel. The staff is very friendly. We even got a recommendation to a Thai restaurant from a lady that works at the front desk of the restaurant at the hotel. Very nice atmosphere. "

"Fantastic hotel off Times Square but in a great location. Easy to access surrounding restaurants and the bar-restaurant attached to the hotel was great too. Room was spacious and very modern."

"Hotel room could use some updates.. the flooring was uneven and the room felt very tight. We were surprised there was not a small mini fridge in the room for the price paid. The shower pressure was very weak and only had a hand held shower head which was odd and it kept falling off the wall. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable with nice sheets and comforter. The staff was very friendly and kind and willing to help. Overall would not stay here again. "
