"Nice property, comfy rooms, good breakfast. The ‘airport shuttle’ for this hotel is actually the Heathrow hopper bus, which only goes every 30mins or more and there is a charge per person. We ended up having to wait over 40mins for the bus to the hotel, which was inconvenient."

A lack of information regarding how to get to other places in London and even where to get to the Union Canal for walks.

We stayed there thinking it was close to airport. Got train from Paddington to find there is no escalator or lift to get over platform. With suitcases very inconvenient. Hotel was good and we got taxi/uber to terminal 3 arranged by hotel.

I’ve previously lived in the area for 50 years, glad we moved out. London is too noisy, dirty, expensive and we only visit when necessary.
