"This is a very cool hotel! I loved the artwork throughout the hotel and in the gallery spaces. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed a couple nice drinks at the bar. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean.
There were a couple small issues. Most importantly, I didn't realize that my door wasn't latching when I went out! The handle didn't move, but the door wasn't fully closed, even though it appeared to be. I only discovered it when my key card stopped working and a maintenance...

"Awesome location, recommend using the 9th street parking garage that’s 1 block away (much cheaper than valet service). Super cool hotel, wish we stayed more than one night! Our room was really nice, kitchenette and welcome beers were completely unexpected. Attached restaurant and bar was really great as well."

"The hotel room was dirty. There was mold all over the bathroom. I’m not sure when the last time the shower was actually cleaned. The hair dryer was broken. Half of the plug was missing. Called down for a new one to be brought up and never received one. We thought it was odd that ear plugs were left for us in the room. We found out soon enough why. If you plan on getting any sleep, do not stay here. Sirens and alarms going off until 6am. Good bye to actually getting any rest. However, if you want...

"The staff was great. Valet are wonderful. Everything was clean. Felt very safe in area and close walking distance to a lot. Only downside is AC. It doesn’t get that cold. We asked staff but they stated it’s pretty much set to 65 to operate so just a bit uncomfortable with that."

"Breakfast was nice. I’ve been asking for non-dairy creamer and other milk options for awhile at many hotel chains and you had both today! Very nice to see for this lactose intolerant person!
The couch cushion was ripped pretty badly in our room tho and some dirt in corners of the bathroom. Still the room was well worth what we paid for 3 ppl to also get breakfast."

"The staff was great to us. We liked our room, other than we were on the first floor and outside our window was a gas fireplace. The crowd out there, at the firepit, stayed elevated until midnight, which could be heard in the room. Luckily it was a vacation for us, but someone on a work trip could be affected."
