"We checked in pretty late. However they didn’t have extra blankets, or pillows. The staff was not empathetic about it either. They don’t tell you parking is $42 a night til you get there. And then they charged me an extra $20 haven’t emailed me or called me yet to tell me what it was for. Blankets had a stain on them, ceiling had splatter on it. The pull out bed isn’t big enough for two people to lay on."

"I stayed here with about 8 other colleagues for a business trip. We did not really eat the breakfast and it was just OK. The staff were awesome, the room was clean, ice and water machines on each floor was a very nice amenity. The bar staff and drink options were great. The hotel offers a large food menu. We did not order food but the dishes I saw coming out looked good. The location was perfect in downtown which is now cleaned up and seemed very safe."

"I really enjoyed my overnight there. Beautiful quiet room comfortable bed. Il plan on using this one as my stopover hotel when I fly through Portland or overnight in Portland. My negatives are I wish it would also include a small continental breakfast and I wish the parking wasn’t so expensive. But even with those two minor caveats, I would book again because I now know what to expect when I’m there."
