"Arrived for a 3 day stay and TV didn't work, dried blood on the sheets and noisy fridge that froze our drinks. Front desk attendants were told of the situation. Nothing got fixed, sheets were not changed etc. Sold out, so no room change. We recieved $33 off our bill. LOL! This was going to be our go-to hotel to visit our son at UCF for the next four years. Not now!"

"You get what you pay for, and clearly this was the least expensive option. There’s a reason for it. There were bugs on the floor crawling around. The light switch didn’t work, and overall if felt dingy. But…. It was half the price of the next cheapest option."

"The noise, there was a sign in the lobby that said quiet after 10 pm. But seems like people don't respect that. The people above and to the side of my room were very loud. Tv was loud, people going down the hall were also loud. I had to get up early and drive 12 hours, it was 12 pm and I could still hear the noise so I turned on the fan to block out some of the noise. Other than that, I don't have any complaints."

"Hotel was brand new since March 2026 so everything was beautiful. Check in was good & we were even able to get in a bit early. Reserve the airport shuttle upon arrival. Outside Pool was very nice. Thanks all!!"

"The property was good for what we needed it for place to sleep and change. The front desk staff was having a hard time with the computer system finding our reservation even tho I had the printed out papers as well as the on line confirmation. 20 later they got us checked in. The room was clean but very basic. No blow dryer or coffee pot, towels were minimal for 2 people. The shower control was not grouted in and was hard to regulate water temperature.
