"Before I get into the room quality, I would like to compliment the staff. They were very friendly and welcoming. Once we got into our room, at first it seemed ok. The toilet paper on the roll was more than half used, which is ok but not normal of a best western. Also, there was no towels or soap in our room. When I notified the front desk, they were apologetic and immediately made it right and brought us towels and soap. Upon further looking into our room, we noticed the shower curtain was dirty...

"Breakfast choices needs improvement"

"Sunflower room was upstairs …tiny stairs, steep. Room was kind of small, no place to put clothes if took out of suitcase. Nice big Tv. Bathroom vanity too small . Shower was good."

"Nice bed and room. Great breakfast. Can't say enough about the good service at the front desk. We had had some complicated last-minute change of plans, and they worked it all out."
