The biggest issue is the housekeeping. You have to request it in advance, but this is now the second time I requested it and nobody showed up. I even asked twice at reception in person, but the room still wasn’t cleaned and the bed wasn’t made. The hotel’s AI chatbot is also quite frustrating and mostly gives generic...

"This was the perfect start to our road trip - the hotel was convenient and the below ground parking was a major plus. The reception feels large and airy and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern and there are great views from the rooftop terrace bar. It's only a short walk into the town, where there are plenty of options for eating and drinking. On reflection, Aachen really was a great kick-off point for our road trip. I'll be back!"
