"Quarto maravilhoso, estilo japonês, grande e confortável. A localização deixa um pouco a desejar, meio afastado. O horários do check in a partir das 16hs e principalmente o de check out as 10 hs ,me desagradou."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kyoto. The property was exceptionally clean and very well maintained, and everything felt modern and comfortable. The staff truly stood out throughout our visit — everyone was extremely polite, professional, and genuinely helpful with recommendations, directions, and any requests we had. "We booked a triple room so were surprised to get to our room and discover only 2 single beds for three adults. The staff were very apologetic and provided complimentary drinks at the bar while the third bed was set up. Other than that the room was lovely and quiet, with a view over the outside garden area. Location was super handy for the walk past many temples to Sannen-Zak’s path and Kiyomizu-Deru. Not too far from Pontocho Alley & Nishiki Market. Woul happily stay her again."

"Hotel is good and clean. Rooms are large for Japan standard. The hotel is not as close to attractions in Kyoto as it is made out to be. Add an extra 10 mins to get to major attractions by walking. Despite handing over my passport with my name on it, hotel staff checked me into someone else’s room and I only found out because the welcome card in the room had someone else’s name on it. I had already unpacked my belongings and after informing the staff of the welcome card, they confirmed they had...
