"Very communicative host- we realized we didn’t have our check in instructions but were easily able to reach our host. Laundry is not inside all the apartments but is present on the property. Would be awesome to have some towel hooks inside the bathroom for our bigger towels but otherwise had everything we needed!"

"This place was so cute! Woke up in the morning to open the blinds with horses outside my window. Be sure to call to get the code for the lock box that your key is in. We showed up when it was dark. I was not completely sure which cottage was mine, but figured it out because it was the only one with the lights out. My other tip would be to pack a towel if you plan on staying here."

"Good location, a bit loud but ok. Big apartment. All necessary amenities. The traffic noise comes through and the big windows in first floor are a bit awkward, but nice for a short stay. "

"The room was very cute and comfortable. We had the Henhouse and there were chickens sleeping in their bed. Up on the hill behind the place were water falls and striking hills. This place is really one of a kind and Anna shares fresh baked cookies. Don’t pass this place up if you are looking at a place on the south ring road!"

"Our stay at Jakob’s Old Farmhouse was truly unforgettable. What they’ve done with the old farmhouse is absolutely stunning—the blend of rustic charm and modern comfort created such a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Every detail felt thoughtful and authentic, and it was clear a lot of care went into preserving the farmhouse’s character. "We absolutely LOVED this cottage. Definitely our favorite of all the places we stayed in Iceland. The house was cosy and clean. The location was beautiful and we even came home one day to sheep in the front yard :). Can't recommend it enough."

"Sleeping in a bubble was a great experience! The kids loved it and we each took turns using the bubble rooms. There were two available for us, so it was really nice. Also saw the northern lights from their property, awesome experience."
