Absolutely horrible experience. Went in and the blankets had yellow stains on them but it all looked freshly made. Then figured out that none of the power outlets in the king sized bed room we were in worked. Only the one in the bathroom worked. Went to the front desk and they told us they could switch our room but all they had was a room with two queen beds in it. We agreed because we were told they were queen beds. We get into the other room and it’s two full sized beds for me and my wife on the night before Valentine’s Day. We told them at the front that wouldn’t work and they told us there was nothing they could do so we just checked out and didn’t stay and now they’re giving the run around about not giving our money back when it was their fault and not ours and even put on our receipt that we didn’t check out until what was originally supposed to be the end of our stay. We even called this morning to double check that they had checked us out the night we had checked in and they told us yes they did but now for official documents they’re wanting to put that we stayed so they don’t have to refund us.
