"Had a stellar time. Two things: 1. No hair dryer in the room. 2. Downtoan LA is kind of a dump. This place was very nice though. Staff very friendly and helpful. But outside the doors of the hotel, not so nice."

"Everything was great, except during check-in it appears a couple people called in and it took over 30 minutes to check in. Concierge service for things left in my room were not there yet. But they were great when they arrived, chocolate covered strawberries. But if I'm paying a premium, I expect a premium service. They fell a little short"

"Great hotel in a area that you can walk to lots of places. Room was comfortable and clean. Only thing I give a thumbs down is the $50 parking fee. Thought it was a bit costly."
