Gone a bit downhill since with dated/well used/weathered furniture, faded elevator buttons, etc, and general laissez-faire attitude from staff makes this now a low 3 after most recent visit. "The hotel space is nice. The wait for the elevator was outrageous. We waited easily for 15-20 minutes each time we needed to leave or return. The staff was unresponsive and unapologetic regarding this issue. I asked the concierge to help with reservations prior to arrival and she was unhelpful and neither communicated nor responded to my emails without several follow up emails asking for a status update.
