"Summary: I am paying $30 to $40 per night for a better experience next time.
When I arrived at the hotel room, there were one or two hairs on the pillows and in the bathroom. The bed was made poorly with one sheet NOT tucked on top of the bed. There was NO room attendant to clean the sheets and provide new towels or complimentary soap.
Complaining is useless as the personnel have a "you do not pay me enough attitude. The website shows clean, modern photos, but when you get into the room,...

"I usually book here when I plan to go to Saboba Casino. I’ve been staying here for a long time. Also the last time I stayed here before this one I forgot my insulin bag and they tried to contact me letting me know they had it. At check-in they gave it to me. I’m very grateful my insulin is so expensive. Very professional, clean and welcoming place. I recommend them."
